LifeWorks Counseling Division provides support for individuals and families who are struggling with issues such as family conflict, abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, and the stress of everyday life. LifeWorks is one of the largest providers of affordable/free mental health counseling in our community.

Below are the current counseling programs offered by LifeWorks:

  • Common Ground (Peer-Run Youth Drop In): Peer support services are offered to youth by certified peers with lived experience overcoming mental health and/or substance use challenges. LifeWorks strives to mitigate crisis situations by creating a safe space for youth and their families to connect to their community.

    Community-Based Counseling and Psychiatric Services: Services offered by counselors, peers, or Integral Care, provided at LifeWorks service sites and convenient locations in the community. By offering these services in the community, LifeWorks strives to remove or reduce barriers to services for youth.

    Community-Based Peer Support: Peer support services are offered by certified peers with lived experience overcoming mental health and/or substance use challenges and who provide support and navigation assistance.

    Resolution Counseling: Curriculum-based group services to help clients develop alternative strategies to to end intimate partner violence, resolve anger, conflict, and take accountability for their actions.

    Youth and Adult Counseling: Provides strengths-based, solutions-focused office-based counseling for youth, their families, couples, and individual adults.
